1. White spots

If your nails appear softer, your fingers appear larger, or you have swelling and increased tissue around your fingertips, this may be a sign of a serious underlying problem such as: lung disease, or as a result of low oxygen in the blood, or it may be associated with the risk of developing enteritis. , cardiovascular disease, AIDS, and liver disease.

7. Worn nails
