1. No hair removal

Leaving armpit hair without removing it leads to  an unpleasant odor  due to sweat and bacteria, so excess body hair must be removed as soon as it appears, especially in the armpit and pubic areas where unpleasant odors appear.

2. Eat spicy foods

Various spices help in the emergence of an unpleasant odor from the body, which can be released through sweat, and therefore it is preferable not to eat too much spice-rich foods, as well as some  other foods that cause an unpleasant odor  , such as : garlic, onions, broccoli, and cabbage.

3. Continue to apply deodorant

Many people believe that constantly applying  deodorant  reduces the chances of odor, but this is a misconception, as the areas where sweat increases need to breathe and take a break from applying deodorants, and excessive use of deodorant increases the chances of bacteria accumulation, hence the appearance of an unpleasant odor.

4. Lack of showering

Lack of body cleaning causes the accumulation of bacteria and the appearance of an unpleasant odor in it, so care must be taken to take a cold bath with natural tap water once a day in the morning, especially during the summer season and after exercise or intense effort.

It is also not preferable to use hot water in the shower, which may reduce the natural oils in the body, and thus cause dryness and cracking of the skin.

5. Apply perfume to mask the smell of sweat

One of the wrong clothes that should not be done is to use perfume or deodorant to get rid of the smell of sweat that is already present, as this will lead to more bad smell and not get rid of it, and the correct action here is to wash the body and  get rid of any bad smell with it, then apply Deodorant and perfume. 

6. Wear synthetic clothing

Synthetic fabrics reduce the chances of pores breathing well and naturally, which leads to the appearance of bad body odor. It is best to wear clothes made of cotton, especially during the summer season to avoid unpleasant odor and critical situations.

7. Tension and nervous stress

Stress and severe psychological stress cause high levels of the hormone cortisol in the body, which impedes metabolism and fat burning.  

Also, obesity resulting from a decrease in burning in the body can cause bacteria to multiply and increase the bad smell of sweating.

8. Wearing dirty clothes

You must make sure that the clothes are clean and not worn more than once, because they can cause bad body odor, as wearing them for the first time and sweating them causes bacteria to accumulate and with repeated wearing, this smell will appear, especially underwear .

9. Not changing deodorant

Each body differs from the other, and there are types of deodorants that do not affect some bodies, and in this case they must be replaced with another type that is suitable and prevents  the appearance of the smell of sweat , and in some cases the effect of deodorant may decrease over time and with continued use, and this is an indication of the need to use New type, suitable for the body.
